Mr. Bobby Ray Owens age 73 of Barbourville, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, October 29, 2020 in the Barbourville ARH. He was the widow of Claudia Owens and the son of James H. Owens and Mary Sudie (Golden) Owens born to them on November 13, 1946 in Knox County.
Mr. Owens is survived by many family & friends.
No funeral services are planned. He will be laid to rest in the Burch-Alford Cemetery at Artemus, Kentucky. Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
