Betty Ann (Howell) Nunley

Mrs. Betty Ann Nunley age 81 of Girdler, Kentucky departed this life on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 in Barbourville. She was born on August 6, 1939 in Lake Wales, Florida, the daughter of William Bryant Howell and Percy (Folk) Howell. Betty was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Vero Beach, Florida. She enjoyed taking camping trips and reading in her spare time.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William Bryant Howell and Percy Howell, her former husband Homer Nunley, one son, Kerry Nunley and one sister, Barbara Martin.

Left behind to mourn her passing, her three sons, Jason Nunley and wife Tonya of Girdler, Kentucky, Mark Nunley and wife Fern of Cookeville, Tennessee and Robert Nunley and wife Janet of Melrose, Florida, seven grandchildren, Amanda House and husband Randall, Dixie Rhoades and husband Dustin, Randall (Jed) Lake, Codie Lake, Joseph Nunley, Rochelle Rice and John Chocholka, eleven great grandchildren, Jaxon Lake, Kaeslyn Lake, Dalton Rice, Allie Jo Hill, Mackenzie House, Cheyenne House, Callie Rhoades, Hayllie Rhoades, Dustin Rhoades, John Chocholka, III, Jonah Chocholka, two brothers, Robert Howell of Vero Beach, Florida and Glen Howell of North Carolina, two sisters, Claudia Holland and Edna Jackson both of Vero Beach, Florida. She also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends.

A memorial service for Mrs. Nunley will be held August 7, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in Riverside Memorial Park in Vero Beach, Florida.
