67 of Columbus Ohio passed away 0n 10/11/12 at her home.
She was born in Whitley County KY on sept 15 1945.
She was the daughter of Edna Wilson Bunch and the grand daughter of Fest and Susie Wilson of Goldens Creek Ky.
She was raised at the Galilean Children's Home near Corbin Ky where she also attended primary school and had numerous friends.She went on to finish high school at Aiken Senior High School in Cincinnati Ohio. After that she began her college education at Berea College in Berea Ky.
She was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Later she obtained an associates degree in Computer programming from Columbus State.
She was a long time employee of Nation Wide Insurance in the computer programming department where she consistently received outstanding performance reviews and awards.
She enjoyed reading, swimming, birdwatching, photography and walking her dogs Chipper and Brandy.
She is preceded in death by her Mother Edna Wilson Bunch, her Brother Earl Wilson, her sister Corine Wilson Byrd, nephew Jerry Alan Byrd and beloved pets Chipper and Brandy.
She is survived in death by her sister Shirley Davis Adkins, nephew's Daryl Wilson, Joel Byrd of TN, Johnny Byrd of TN and Chris Byrd of Copenhagen. Niece's Pattie Byrd of TN, Susan Byrd of OH, Peggy Byrd of OH and long time dear friend Thomas Chrysler Jr. of Ohio.
The family will receive friends from 2PM until 4PM Thursay at Hampton Funeral Home. With graveside services following visitation at Wilson Cemetery at Goldens Creek
