Anna V. Skinner

Anna V. Skinner, age 69 of Barbourville, Kentucky passed away Saturday at her residence. She was the mother of Chris Shelton of Dallas, Georgia, Jay W, Skinner of Pineville, Kentucky, and Kimberley Ann Allen of Cloverdale, Indiana. She was the sister of Phillip and Vincent Fisher both of Barbourville, and Sherry Fisher and Anita Fisher. Anna was also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren and her mother Roberta Mills of Barbourville.
Anna was preceded in death by her father William Veet Fisher and one son Russell Skinner. Funeral services for Anna Skinner will be conducted at 3PM Tuesday at the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel. The family of Anna Skinner will receive friends on Tuesday from 12noon until the funeral hour of 3PM at the funeral home
