Baby Alyssa Erin Cox, was born and died on Saturday June 21, 2008 in the Marymount Hospital in London, KY. She was the daughter of James & Tina (Merida) Cox of Barbourville, KY. She was preceded in death by one brother Harold Dewayne Cox, and her Grandmother Nadean Merida.
She leaves behind to mourn her passing, her parents, James & Tina Cox and two sisters MaCayle Merida all of Barbourville, KY and Desiree’ Cox of Richmond, KY, three brothers Andrew Cobb of Barbourville, KY, Destin Cox and James Cox II of Richmond, KY, his grandparents James Merida & wife Rose of Flat Lick, KY, James Cox & wife Lou Vella of Barbourville, KY and Marlene Taylor of Flat Lick, KY. Baby Alyssa also leaves behind a host of many other relatives to mourn her passing. Funeral services for Baby Alyssa Erin Cox will be conducted on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Old Ark House of Pray with Rev. Roy Eversole & Rev. Charles Hensley officiating. Pallbearers will be famly & friends. Burial will follow in the Merida Cemetery at Goodin Branch. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
