Alice Partin

Alice Partin, age 72 of Cannon, KY departed this life on Sunday, July 21, 2013 in the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born on June 28, 1941 in Cannon, KY and was the daughter of Herbert and Cora (Marion) Lee.
Alice believed in the Baptist faith and was a hairdresser in Barbourville for over thirty years.
She is preceded in death by her former husband Jim Partin, her parents, Herbert and Cora Lee, two sisters, Eulene Burnham and Colleen White, two brothers, Arnold McDonald and an infant brother Levi Lee along with one niece and one nephew.
Survivors include her daughter, Angel Partin of Cannon, and her son Todd Partin and wife Paula of Bailey Switch, two grandsons, Travis Partin and wife Elizabeth and Tyler Partin all of Bailey Switch, three great grandchildren, Emmaleigh Brown, Abby Partin and J.T. Partin, three sisters, Clara Bond and husband Novel of Barbourville, Nettie Perkins of Girdler and Drucilla Pressnell of Cannon. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Alice Partin will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Garrett Garland officiating. Pallbearers will be grandsons & nephews. Burial will follow in the Bingham Cemetery at Cannon. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Hampton Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m.
