Mrs. Ada Lee “Boot” Tedders age 71 of Westland, Michigan passed away Feb 3, 2009. She was the wife of James Tedders, Jr. and the mother of Debra Akers and husband David of Warsaw, KY, Carol DiSalvo of Westland, Michigan, James Tedders and wife Debra of Wayne, Michigan and Sandra Kellums and husband Steve of Westland, Michigan, the grandmother of Tonya and Mikie Brooks of Lexington, KY, Brandley Akers and wife Becky of Pinevilel, KY, Kevin and Scott DiSalvo, Tish, Christopher, Brian, Amanda, Sara, Billy, Robin, Kevin and Carlos Tedders and Keegan Kellums and six great grandchildren, a sister Hazel Shelton and her companion, Bob Miller, her brother, Don Price and wife Sylvia, along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Irene Price of Pineville, KY.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Tedders will be on Sunday February 8, 2009 at Hampton Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Dennis Chesnut officiating. Mrs. Tedders will be laid to rest in the Taylor Cemetery at Blackwater. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
