Margaret " Lynn Liford" Wright

      Ms. Margaret “Lynn Liford” Wright, age 54 of Heidrick, Kentucky departed this life on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at her home. She was born on February 3, 1970, the daughter of Gary Liford and Elaine (Hubbard) Collinsworth. Lynn believed in the Baptist faith. She loved her cats, journaling and loved praying. Lynn had been a beautician and for a while, a certified nursing assistant.

      She is preceded in death by a grandchild, Tristan Hubbard.

      Left behind to mourn her passing, her mother Elaine Collinsworth and her father Gary Liford both of Heidrick, her companion, Darrell “Smooth” Phipps of Heidrick, three daughters, Britney Smith (Dino) of Louisville, Stephanie Duncan (Greg) of Lexington and Ashley Hubbard (Hugh) Heidrick, two brothers, Anthony Liford (Tonya) of Hinkle and Buddy Liford of Heidrick, ten grandchildren, Jathen Blalock, Jadence Blalock, Jelandon Blalock, Julia Blalock, Jayla Blalock, Parker Duncan, Cameron Hubbard, Ashton Lunsford, Colton Hubbard and Tanner Hubbard, one great granddaughter, Sadie Mae Hubbard. She also leaves behind many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

      Funeral services for Lynn will be conducted on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 12:00 noon with Rev. Tip Smith officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Payne Cemetery at Bimble. Pallbearers will be, Cameron Hubbard, Anthony Liford, Buddy Liford, Jerry Steven Smith, Jathen Blalock and Dino Johnson. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

      Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday prior to the service at 12:00 noon.
